The Mizudashi Cold Brew Coffee Pot HARIO MCPN-14CBR, 1L, is the simplest and most efficient way to prepare cold brew at home or in a cafe.
Made of heat-resistant glass and a reusable fine filter, it allows you to obtain a flavorful cold coffee in approximately 8 hours.

The colder temperature actually extracts different flavors.
Coffee is a chemical substance, and using cold water instead of hot produces a distinct reaction; a batch made using this method tends to be subtly sweet, while avoiding the 67% acidity that often accompanies a brew.
